Babe Ruth FAQs:
Why is Babe Ruth more expensive than Little League?
There's three factors that contribute to the majority of the cost difference. The first factor is field fees. The Sandwich school department charges the League for use of the Babe Ruth field behind the Wing School. The second factor is umpires. Babe Ruth uses two professional (patched) umpires each game. The final factor is charter fees. Sandwich Babe Ruth pays additional charter fees to participate in the Gateway regional league.
Which bats are allowed in Babe Ruth?
Bats stamped with BBCOR or USA Baseball certification are allowed. Bats stamped with USSSA certification are NOT allowed.
Are metal cleats allowed in Babe Ruth?
